I always find amazing order that can be found on small time frames. Check this bounce on 10sec chart, how it look so precise.
Oanda is amazing also. Market is in totally sensitive situation where big movements can occur and they drop spread to 0.6 pips on eur/usd.

Pretty cool! I've never seen it get that low on Oanda before.
Agree with Harvey, it's at lowest 0.9 for me....
I guess that's the advantage that trading European session.
I rarely saw this also but I did through the years. It's like some kind of teaser rate to get people to notice it and then back to 0.9.
